Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the RaseedGuard application or website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RaseedGuard.

RaseedGuard is a personal finance management tool that allows users to track subscriptions, bills, credit cards, and budgets. Premium users may access AI-powered email scanning, advanced analytics, and budget forecasting features. The Service is available as a mobile app (iOS & Android) and as a web application.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@raseedguard.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

5.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited features (up to 10 subscriptions, 5 bills, 2 credit cards) and may display advertisements. Free plan features may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5.2 Premium Plan

Premium is available as a monthly ($14.99/month) or annual ($114.99/year) subscription. Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed via the applicable app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) or our web payment provider. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or as described in Section 6.

5.3 Free Trial

New Premium subscribers receive a free trial before being charged: 3 days for the Monthly plan and 1 week (7 days) for the Annual plan. If not cancelled before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the plan selected. Only one free trial per account is permitted.

Because every new subscription starts with a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription period (i.e. after the trial ends and a payment has been made), contact us at info@raseedguard.com for a full refund. After that 7-day window, refunds are provided only where required by law or at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Use the Service to process data belonging to another person without their consent

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology within the Service are the exclusive property of RaseedGuard or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RaseedGuard does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Financial data displayed is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial adviser for investment or financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaseedGuard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 6.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
