End User License Agreement

RaseedGuard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the RaseedGuard mobile application (“App”) on any device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and the Terms & Conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part thereof
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the App to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to RaseedGuard. Title to and ownership of the App, including all intellectual property rights therein, remain with RaseedGuard at all times. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store from which you downloaded it. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the app store terms, the app store terms shall govern with respect to app store-specific matters.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this EULA and have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

The App offers a Premium subscription accessible via in-app purchase. All in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are governed by that store's payment and refund policies. RaseedGuard is not responsible for billing disputes handled by the app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your app store account settings.

RaseedGuard may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. You agree that such updates may be automatically installed without additional notice. RaseedGuard is not obligated to provide any updates. If an update is provided, this EULA applies to the updated App.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, and optionally Gmail / Outlook via OAuth. These integrations are subject to their respective terms of service. RaseedGuard is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. RaseedGuard expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RaseedGuard does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaseedGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the App or this EULA. RaseedGuard's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically without notice from RaseedGuard if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App from your devices. Sections 3, 9, 10, and 12 shall survive termination.

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan.
